The hospitable waiters will offer you not only home cuisine menus but also light dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine cooked from fresh fruits and vegetables growing in the Bakhchisaray region – the most environmentally clean region of the peninsula.Special place in the menu is held by the traditional Crimean Tatar cuisine: aside from the worldwide famous oriental kebab, pilaf, sorpa, you are welcome to taste diverse variants of meat and fish dishes cooked over the open fire of mangal, geniune tandoor cakes and oriental buns and rolls.
The menu also includes dishes of classical Ukrainian and dainty Japanese cuisine. We are sure that you will enjoy the fresh rolls with sesame, fruit and milk desserts, lemonades and fruit drinks prepared on our own.
A cosy lounge atmosphere prevails in the restaurant: hearth hall, VIP room, hookah bar, and tables on the terraces with the view of the sea. There are a conference hall for 50 persons in the first floor and a grill bar and a summer terrace right under the pines.
The restaurant's wine list will amaze you with the diversity of different drinks from all over the world. The experienced sommelier will offer you to taste the best samples of Crimean wines
A summer peculiarity of the MAR LE MAR restaurant is a vast cocktail list of our bars, which includes not only classical alcoholic cocktails and shots but also specialty non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks in fruits.
In the upper level of the MAR LE MAR restaurant, a cozy lounge bar is situated - here you will be offered a hookah menu, cigars and elite drinks.
In warm seasons of the year, a POOL BAR and a BEACH BAR are at your service in the hotel. You'll find a variety of refreshment drinks, ice-cream and cocktails there.
