Club's rules
For the sake of our guests' comfortable vacation, we have set up several simple rules and regulations.
We sincerely hope that you will treat them with understanding.
Dear guests, please get acquainted with the ACCOMMODAION RULES:
1. In order to freely use the services of our club, produce your identity armlets, that you've received from the receptionist at check-in. If you have lost your armlet, we ask you to immediately turn to the receptionist, in order to restore it!2. If you leave the territory of the club, be sure to leave the suite's key at the reception.
3. It is not allowed to take outsiders to the territory of the club, the unregistered guests are not allowed to be accommodated in the suites of the hotel. If you want to invite your friends or acquaintances in the daytime - you should register them as temporary guests at the reception.
4. To store highly inflammable, explosive and toxic stuffs in the hotel suites is forbidden.
5. We insist that you don't smoke in the suites - smoking areas are equipped on the balconies and terraces. In case you break this rule as well as leave the hot faucet open, the fire alarm will be started in all the suites of your cottage.
6. In the hotel's territory and the buildings of the restaurant, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as other products brought from outside, the exception are the products and drinks for children.
7. It is strictly forbidden to take products and drinks from buffet and restaurant. The given rule was introduced for the sake of preserving of the prosperous sanitary situation in our hotel complex. We offer room service in the complex.
8. For convenience of storing money, documents and valuables, there are strongboxes installed in every hotel suite. The administration is not responsible for the lost of money and valuables.
9. In order to support environment of our region, please turn off the lights, TV, air conditioner and close the windows and faucets when leaving the suite.
10. In case of loss or damage of the hotel's property, the guest is obliged to compensate it according to the price list, that can be found at the reception in any time comfortable for you.
11. Please follow the generally accepted rules of morality and ethics. In case of breaking of this rule, the hotel guards will insist that you leave the territory of the complex.
12. In case of breaking of the accommodation rules and in case of nonpayment of the accommodation charge, the guests will be evicted from the hotel complex according to current Ukrainian Law.
To be sure to have a pleasant vacation, we also recommend you:
- not to spend time on the beach in the direct sun in the period of high solar activity (from 12:00 to 16:00), when taking sun bathes, please use sun creams;
- during acclimatization, please don't spend a lot of time in water;
- be attentive on the foot walks, there may be falling cones in the pine forest.
When attending restaurant and entertaining events of our club, you voluntary accept the rules and terms stated below, regardless of length of your stay:
- all rules and conditions are obligatory for all the guests of the club;
- each guest must inform the hotel manager and/or the restaurant manager beforehand, if the guest has any chronical illness recrudiscence of which can be caused by the temperature of air or atmospheric pressure, loud music, alcohol (the information is strictly confident, and is used only in case a doctor is needed);
- our guests who have visible signs of infective diseases, who wear dirty clothes, industrial clothing, or who violate the moral or ethical customary, - are not allowed to the public rooms of our recreational complex;
- bringing any weapon to the club's territory is strictly prohibited (unless the bringer can produce a document allowing carrying the weapon);
- the club reserves the right to limit the access to the territory of the outsiders who are seen to have been using alcohol or drugs, as well as in case of unmotivated aggression;
- the guests must not carry any poisonous substances, any substances with a strong repellent odour, any inflammable or explosive substances, to the club's territory;
- all club's guests must treat the rest of the guests with respect, behave regardfully, modestly, without violating the public policy, moral and ethical customary, without using strong language in their speech, without any actions that can interrupt other guests' peaceful rest;
- people over 18 years old are allowed into the club. Persons under 18 years old are allowed into the club only accompanied by adults (first-degree relatives or their representatives);
- any trading unauthorized by the administration is prohibited;
- In the hotel territory and the buildings of the restaurant, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as other products, brought from outside, the exception are the products and drinks for children;
- smoking on the club's territory is only allowed in the specially marked places and on the balconies and terraces of the hotel rooms;
- the club declines all responsibility for the safety of the transportation vehicles, personal things and valuables;
- the club reserves the right to make changes to the all-inclusive vacation programs, depending on the weather conditions (switch the program days informing the guests on the eve of the program day or in the morning of the program day);
- in case the guest is late for the planned and prepayed event of the club without a warning, the management does not guarantee a refund;
- the club's guests are responsible for keeping the order in compliance with the rules and conditions of the club;
- The other actual conditions of the service providing can be found in a printed leaflet in every room of the hotel.
