How to book
For the sake of your better comfort, we have implemented the function of online room booking. We can offer you two ways of booking a room in our hotel, it's up to you to choose the one that's more convenient for you:
Way #1.
Step 1. You can see a form for inputing suite parameters in the right of your screen on each page of our website. Choose the parameters you want in the fields Room category, Number of persons, Children under 5 years old. Input the dates you want in the fields Arrival date and Departure date. Please note that all fields are required. Having filled all the fields, click Select a room.
Step 2. Now you will see the list of vacant rooms and suites of our hotel that match the parameters you have input. You can also look through a brief description of the vacant rooms listed.
Step 3. Choose the room or suite that suites you best from the list and click Book this room under the room icon. Now you will be redirected to My orders page
Step 4. The request is displayed as follows: Name - the name of your room or suite – Price – the price for accommodation in this room or suite in the first day (the sum of the guarantee payment). To go on with booking the room, click Check out.
Step 5. Now, if you are not registered on our website, you are to go through the instant registration procedure and finalize your request: fill all the necessary fields, choose the convenient way to make an advance payment. Our manager will contact you within 24 hours to specify all the details.
NB! If you have a promo code, which allows you to have discounts, remember to enter it while booking your room.
Step 4. The request is displayed as follows: Name - the name of your room or suite – Price – the price for accommodation in this room or suite in the first day (the sum of the guarantee payment). To go on with booking the room, click Check out.
Step 5. Now, if you are not registered on our website, you are to go through the instant registration procedure and finalize your request: fill all the necessary fields, choose the convenient way to make an advance payment. Our manager will contact you within 24 hours to specify all the details.

Way # 2.
Step 1. On the Booking page ⇒ Book a room you will see our hotel's full room list. After having looked through the descriptions of the rooms and suites, choose the one that suites you best and click Book the room under the room icon you have chosen.
Step 2. Now you will see the detailed description of this room or suite and the form to enter your data. Fill all the fields of the form and click Check the room availability.
Step 3. If the room or suite is vacant during the period you have entered, you will see the link saying Book the room. Click it to go on with the booking. Steps 4 and 5 are the same as for the Way #1.
NB! If you read Unfortunately, this room is already booked for the period you indicated, please try to enter another period or look at other rooms or suites of the same category.

Please, pay attention to our cancellation rules:
- guarantee deposit 10,000 rubles (ten thousand) is not refundable.
- if you cancel the order more than 14 calender days before your arrival to the hotel, payment will be refunded minus 10% by wire transfer to your bank account in Russian rubles.
- if you cancel less than 14 calender days before your arrival to the hotel, payment will be refunded minus 25% by wire transfer to your bank account in Russian rubles.
