The hotel’s territory represents a cottage settlement at the seashore with a secluded and well-equipped beach, we have our own recreational infrastructure and provide all the possibilities for a comfortable vacation in any season. Since 2011 we offer our guests an All-Inclusive system!

• The hotel is situated in the most quiet and environmentally safe region of the Crimean resort coast - there are no seaports or factories nearby;
• There are over 1 000 Crimean pines on the hotel’s territory, creating a truly unique forest atmosphere;
  
• The restaurant’s menu includes fresh fruits and vegetables, raised in the foothills of Bakhchisaray – the ecologically cleanest region in Crimea.
  

2011, the number of hotel rooms increased up to 63 rooms and suites of different area and with separate entrances, able to accommodate up to 200 guests at a time, we switched to the all-inclusive system.
The daily cleaning of the suites is performed in the time comfortable for you, change of bed linen - every 3 days or on you demand, change of towels - daily.

In every suite apart from the standard facilities, an Internet access (cable connection) and a cable TV, hotel's internal phone line, strongbox for storing personal things are at you disposal. A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available for you in the whole territory of the complex.

Different variants of the rooms’ planning, furnishing, and decoration are possible according to whether you want a romantic vacation for two, solitude for your creativity, or a family vacation with children. We have the following facilities for children in the hotel's territory: playgrounds, entertaining programs,  creativity studios, sport circles, swimming lessons for beginners. For those who are fond of swimming, we have to offer not only bathing in the Black Sea in summer but also – bathing in our sport swimming pool in any season.

We do our best to make your vacation in Crimea truly fascinating: we offer to plan excursions and journeys in advance, manage your children’s leisure, provide our foreign guests with guide-interpreter’s services. We will organize health-improving programs for you in any season, though the healthily climate of our region alone will have a recreational effect…

• a new two-level beach. In a lower level - small pebbles, deck chairs, swimming pool for babies; in an upper level - climatic pavilion with sand beach. Renewed in 2012.
• a bathing complex Mar le Mar Kaif - sauna, hammam, font, swimming pool, massages and peeling, health-improving programs. From a restroom you'll be able to enjoy a panoramic sea view;
• a universal sport ground: tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-soccer;
• a new infinity-style swimming pool with a built in POOL BAR and a sea view! And our already popular Buddha Beach Club
  

The hotel's administration provides the guests with a comfortable transportation with a van from/to the railway station, airport and around Crimea, assists at planning you leisure, excursion programs, active vacation and entertaining programs for your children, both in summer and in the off-season.
